Overview

This website, Japan Souk, is operated by AL MARHALA AL MUQBELA GENERAL TRADING L.L.C, a limited liability company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Trade License No. 953738) ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our website or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Online store

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You may not use our products or website for any unlawful purpose.

2. Products and descriptions

We try to describe and show our products as accurately as possible. Colours on screen may vary slightly. Product descriptions are for general information and are not medical advice. Please read the ingredients and directions before use, do a patch test if you have sensitive skin, and stop using a product if irritation occurs.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). Prices, promotions and quantity discounts may change at any time without notice, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is taken online at checkout; we do not offer cash on delivery. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, a price is shown incorrectly, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

4. Discounts and offers

Automatic quantity discounts and discount codes apply as shown at checkout and cannot be exchanged for cash. Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined and may end at any time.

5. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew and are charged automatically every month until cancelled. Some subscriptions have a minimum number of deliveries before they can be cancelled; this is shown on the product page and in our Purchase options cancellation policy, which also explains how to cancel.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund policy.

7. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please tell us straight away if you think your account has been used without permission.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Japan Souk or its suppliers and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under UAE consumer protection law.

How we use your personal information is explained in our Privacy policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Dubai.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to your order at the time you place it.
