Subscriptions at Japan Souk

Subscriptions are delivered every month and charged automatically on each billing date until the subscription is cancelled.

Minimum term

Every subscription has a minimum term of three (3) monthly deliveries. By starting a subscription, you agree that it cannot be cancelled before the third delivery has been charged.

Price and delivery

The subscription price shown on the product page and at checkout applies to each delivery. Delivery within the UAE is free for every subscription order.

How to cancel

After the minimum term, you can cancel at any time before your next billing date by contacting us. Cancellations are handled by our team; please include your name and order number.

Damaged or incorrect items

Subscription deliveries follow our Refund policy for damaged, defective or incorrect items.
