Delivery area
We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates only.
Shipping fees
- Orders of AED 150 or more: free shipping
- Orders under AED 150: AED 20
The shipping fee is shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing and delivery time
Standard UAE delivery: 2 to 4 business days from the day you place your order.
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days, and delivered within 2 days of dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Payment
All orders are paid online at checkout. We do not offer cash on delivery (COD).
Damaged, missing or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or hasn't arrived, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and, for damaged items, a photo of the package and product. We'll arrange a replacement or another solution.
